Airplane has many parts in it, to control all the parts it's not necessary to only have the electrical systems to move the parts, even Hydraulic system is required.

Hydraulic System is a kind of a mechanical setup wherein the system helps to control the movements of the parts of an aircraft.
Usually the Hydraulic system consists of An Reservoir, Pump, Filter, Relief Valve, Actuator. Inside a reservoir contains a fluid called Hydraulic Fluid which actually are the main driving force to move various parts. Now, from the reservoir the fluid gets pumped to the filter wherein the accumulated dust particles get removed from the system. From the Filter the fluid then passes through a relief valve and from there to an actuator.
Now, there might be a question as to why the Hydraulic systems are being used instead of Electrical systems?. Well, the simple reason is that to move each component requires miles of wiring and the wiring also have an disadvantage that it can malfunction during the times of high voltage.
