Airbus A-400 M: Multi role Strategic Lifter

If you are an Aviation Enthusiast, you might be well aware about one of the famous Military Aircraft wiz. Boeing C-17 Globe master. C-17 is a Multi role strategic Military aircraft that is capable of carrying out Military operations in any part of the world and it has some unique capabilities that make it a first choice for any developing country. However not every countries requirements are the same, many countries don't even need such kind of aircraft.While few Countries required an Aircraft that can hold a Large amount of Cargo and can also do multiple roles at the same time, that's when The A-400 M program was launched(2004). Its similar to the C-17 but has an additional range of about 1000 nm. But there is a smaller drawback as it has lesser capacity than the C-17.

Differences between C-17 and Airbus A-400M

1. C-17 can carry heavy loads while A-400 M can't.

2. C-17 is a Turbofan aircraft while A-400M is a Turboprop.

3. C-17 is a bit longer in size than the A-400M.
